TPO-L (TEPO) photoinitiator is an efficient free radical (I) type liquid photoinitiator mainly used for UV curing of acrylic resin and styrene unsaturated polyester.

TPO-L is used for UV paint with very low yellowing and white pigment;

TPO-L is used for UV screen printing ink, UV offset printing, and UV flexographic printing ink;

Low odor mask varnish, paper-based paint, light resistant printing plate, and three-dimensional flat printing.

TPO-L is a liquid UV initiator used for unsaturated polyesters containing acrylic resins and styrene. Due to its liquid nature, TPO-L is "easy to add" to all formulations. Because TPO-L absorbs long waves in UV spectra, it can also completely cure coatings using titanium dioxide and flat coatings using titanium dioxide. The characteristic of the resulting coating is extremely low yellowing.

Due to its low volatility, TPO-L is suitable for the production of low odor formulas. TPO-L is added in a ratio of 0.3-5% to form a polymerizable portion in paint and printing ink.

TPO-L often combines with other photoinitiators such as 184, 1173, TZT, or benzophenone. This promotes surface curing. Because TPO-L absorbs long wavelength UV, it and products containing it are sensitive to sunlight. As a result, it is necessary to exclude light with a wavelength below 500nm during storage and processing (such as covering windows and lights with yellow film).
