Characteristics (information below is for reference only): Brown freeze-dried powder, a glycoprotein composed of colorless enzyme proteins and brown iron porphyrin. HRP is composed of multiple isoenzymes, with an isoelectric point of pH 3-9. The optimal pH for enzyme catalysis varies slightly depending on the hydrogen donor, but mostly around pH 5. Enzymes are soluble in water and ammonium sulfate solution with a saturation below 58%. The maximum absorption spectra of HRP cofactors and enzyme proteins are 403nm and 275nm, respectively. Generally, the purity of the enzyme is represented by the ratio of OD403nm/OD275nm RZ (German Reinheit Zahl). The smaller the RZ value, the more non enzyme proteins there are.

Usage: This product is for scientific research only and cannot be used for other purposes. As one of the main raw materials for enzyme-linked antibodies, it is widely used in the enzyme-linked reaction of second antibodies and is a diagnostic enzyme used in the production and manufacturing of clinical diagnostic kits; Biochemical diagnostic kits for blood glucose, triglycerides, cholesterol, etc., and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) can be prepared using this enzyme to determine the activity of enzyme-linked antibodies.
