Definition of activity: 1 gram of alkaline protease powder can hydrolyze casein at pH 10, 40 ºC, and produce 1 microgram of tyrosine per minute, which is defined as an enzyme activity unit

Usage conditions: substrate concentration 10-25%, temperature 20-60 ºC, pH value 8.0-12.0, reaction time 3-6 hours (can be long or short according to requirements), reference dosage of enzyme addition 0.03-0.06% (calculated by weight of hydrolysis solution)

Appearance: Light yellow powder or gray white smooth particles or liquid. It is a proteolytic enzyme, belonging to a serine fragile high alkaline protease. The main component is Bacillus subtilis protease, which is an endonuclease that catalyzes serine
